Gilroy, California – January 9, 2015

A deadly accident on the train tracks in Gilroy is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol and Union Pacific Railroad. Investigators want to know why warning bells and crossbars did not activate before a pickup truck crossed the tracks and was hit by a railroad maintenance vehicle.
