Marin County, CA - January 6, 2016
On January 6, Marin County Fire, Tomales Volunteer Fire, Bodega Bay Fire, USCG, Valley Ford Volunteer Fire, Wilmar Volunteer Fire, and CHP responded to an accident where a vehicle hydro-planed on Hwy 1, causing them to land in a flooded field hitting a power pole. A passenger was trapped with water up to their shoulders. Due to the muddy water, the crews were challenged and the extrication efforts took 45 minutes. The patient survived due to everyone's hard work.
