Manchester, Ct Fire Rescue EMS shift 3 members responded to this rollover accident at 205 Spencer St. on 11/30/09 at 1232 hours. The vehicle needed to be stabilized before occupant could be extricated. Occupant was removed via the front windshield with minor injuries. The occupant was standing up while waiting for the vehicle to be stabilized.
