We have just returned from a 2-vehicle MVI with entrapment and a roll-over. The accident occurred in the intersection of Illinois Rte 45 and Illinois Rte 83. I have enclosed pictures from the extrication. One patient was extricated from the mini-van on its side. Rescue 42’s were set up quickly and were critical in the extrication of this patient. The patient was transported to a Level 1 Trauma Center due to mechanism of injury.
